SHIPPING & RETURNS
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Note: A 25% re-stocking fee may apply. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and or our invoice number and details such as the part number of the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order with a RMA#.
All orders will require a customers shipping account information. All products are packaged using methods compliant with specification ATA-300.
- Supplier notification is required in cases of nonconforming product, including arrangements for Whitewing Sourcing & Logistics approval of supplier nonconforming material.
- Supplier notification is required for changes in product and/or process definition including, where required, per Whitewing Sourcing & Logistics approval.
- The supplier will flow down to sub tier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics.
- Certification(s) of Compliance to all applicable specifications if requested by Whitewing Sourcing & Logistics.
- Right of Entry shall be granted to Whitewing Sourcing & Logistics, its customers, and regulatory authorities, to all facilities involved with the order and to all applicable records, for the purpose of monitoring product quality.
- Records resulting from the processing of this order shall be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years after completion of Whitewing Sourcing & Logistics customer’s contract, or as otherwise required by that customer.
