“It was in my early 20’s I had the opportunity to be introduced into the world of aviation maintenance and repair. During that time, I spent the next few years working on various project platforms from aero recovery solutions to aftermarket parts for a small PMA division.
My colleagues and working professionals taught me not only valuable business skills, but most importantly paying attention to the details. It was this heightened focus on the details that spiked my understanding on the value of maintaining traceability paths in the aerospace industry.
I respect the aviation industry and all members who ensure total safety of commercial aircraft traveling. This includes executive team members, engineers, quality leaders, inspectors as well as mechanics with decades of experience.
Of all these wonderful experiences I have had, the best experiences have come from making connections with people.
